Lucente® A New Radical and Innovative Brightening Treatment!

This program involves both an in-clinic treatment and a take home cream. 

The in-clinic component is a prescribed number of microneedling sessions utilizing our powerful LUCENTE® mesotherapy to kick start the process of melanocyte inhibition and destruction.

Patients will be provided with the at-home LUCENTE® Cream to continue using to enhance the effects of the mesotherapy sessions.

The powerful combination of ingredients in LUCENTE® attacks melasma and PIH at four critical stages in the melanocyte lifecycle, providing the most well-rounded approach currently available by any product, anywhere in the world.

The mix of both competitive and non-competitive blockers allows our unique formulation to:

• Inhibit melanin formation - reduce the production of melanin, the pigment responsible for dark spots, by targeting the melanin-producing cells (melanocytes). This will also help prohibit new spots from forming.

• Inhibit/destroy melanosome formation and transfer - targetsing melanosomes, the structures within melanocytes where melanin is produced. The microneedling process, combined with the active ingredients in the Lucente® Mesotherapy Serum, disrupts the formation and maturation of melanosomes. By inhibiting or destroying these structures, the treatment prevents the accumulation and transfer of melanin to the skin cells, thereby reducing existing hyperpigmentation and again preventing new spots from developing.

• Exfoliate pigmented keratinocytes - Regular exfoliation is a key component of the Lucente® home care routine. The use of a gentle cleanser and the Lucente® Home Care Cream helps to remove pigmented keratinocytes (the outermost skin cells that contain melanin). This process promotes the turnover of skin cells, allowing for the removal of dark spots and the emergence of a more even skin tone. 

• Stabilize melanocyte activity via rich antioxidants - Lucente® products are rich in antioxidants, which play a crucial role in stabilizing melanocyte activity. Antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, which can otherwise trigger excessive melanin production.

This is a 3, 4, 5, or 6 month program depending on the condition of the skin and depth of the pigmentation.
